About

Created in 2020 from a recycled canvas found on Old Mission Peninsula.

The Kiko & Ollie collection is a reflection of memories gathered along the way- moments, places, and people that have left a lasting imprint on my life.

My name is Kristin Fehrman and I’m an artist and writer in Michigan. During the stillness of the COVID pandemic, I began repurposing found artwork, transforming each piece into something new. Each design was inspired by a connection, a feeling, or a chapter in my life. By my side were two very special feline companions- Kiko and Ollie.

For two years in my hometown, these cars kept me company as I dreamed, painted, and designed a new life in Michigan. Creating in Northern Michigan was a special part of my journey, revisiting the things I loved as a child- feeding the swans, afternoons on a tree swing, and writing stories.

Blending my experience in San Francisco tech and the New York City fashion industry, I founded Kiko & Ollie in December 2020. As a lifelong writer and artist, I strive to transform personal memories into meaningful pieces that others can connect with and enjoy. Now with a new companion, Coco, the journey continues to evolve. Each design carries a story of where I’ve been, who I’ve loved, and the moments that stay with us long after they pass.

Every style tells a story. Now it’s time for you to create your own.
